| Terms and Conditions We invest a substantial amount time and effort into making our courses fulfilling and enjoyable. However cancellations can hard to fill at late notice, so please be aware of our terms and conditions below before booking. |

| 1. | Course fees are due in full on booking a course and are subject to clause 2 below. |
| 2. | Any cancellation received upto 21 days before the course will result in a 50% refund. There will be NO refund for any cancellation received less than 21 days prior to the course date. |
| 3. | We reserve the right to cancel a course for whatever reason. In this event you will be advised of vacancies on alternative dates. If you do not wish to book on an alternative date, repayment will be made in full. |
| 4. | Places on courses are limited so allocation will be made on a first-come, first-served basis. |
| 5. | We will send you confirmation of your booking on receipt of payment in full, together with further details of the course programme, travel details and information on anything that you may need to bring. |
| 6. | Pieces that are made have to be annealed overnight so can't be taken away at the end of the day. These can be forwarded on at students cost ( £15) or will be stored for collection for up to 6 weeks. After this point we reserve the right to dispose of the work. Please allow up to two weeks for delivery. |
