An introduction to your course tutors

We are a small, highly skilled team of traditional glassblowers with over 40 years experience between us. We are based in one of London's finest purpose built glassmaking studios. Our fully equipped studio contains state of the art equipment to fulfill the most demanding of glassmaking applications. All our staff are full time professional glassmakers and have extensive experience in teaching a wide range of students and abilities.

Mark Bickers
Mark has been working with glass for 10 years and has completed an MA from the Royal College of Art. His work has been shown internationally and has featured in numerous magazines.

Stewart Hearn
Stewart has been creating contemporary handmade glass for the last 20 years. His pieces combine clean design with subtle colour choices.

Wayne Stevens
Wayne is the current full time assistant at London Glassworks. He has been working in glass for four years including completing his degree at Buckinghamshire Chilterns University College.
